Board Member \n\n \n\nThis one day program will focus on the five key areas of home ownership including preparing for home ownership\, shopping for a home\, obtaining a mortgage\, closing\, and life as a home owner.  The class is required for all who plan to apply for a down payment assistance program and preferred by NIFA and some government agency programs.  A certificate of completion will be issued.\n\n \n\nReservations are due by March 7th and can be made at www.firststatebankandtrust.com/home/university.  The class costs $25 per household.
