Board Member \n\n	 \n\n	This one day program will focus on the five key areas of home ownership including preparing for home ownership\, shopping for a home\, obtaining a mortgage\, closing\, and life as a home owner.  The class is required for all who plan to apply for a down payment assistance program or some NIFA programs.  A certificate of completion will be issued.\n\n	 \n\n	Reservations are due by March 14th.  This class is offered in conjunction with First State Bank & Trust University.
