SUMMARY:Trick or Trot 5K/1M Excel PT Fun Run
DESCRIPTION:4th Annual Trick or Trot Family Fun Run hosted by Excel Physical Therapy. All proceeds benefit the Fremont YMCA: Strong Kids Foundation. The Trick OR Trot 5K/1M will begin promptly at 2:00PM. Plan to be at the start line 10 minutes before start time. Start/Finish line for both runs will be on the east side of the middle school. Course will run clockwise around Johnson Lake. The 5K course will split off at the water park to run around the Middle School. 5K will run 2 loops around lake/school before finishing. The 1 mile route will continue around the lake\, then return to the finish line. Early Packet Pick Up: You may pick up registration packet Friday\, October 24th at our Fremont Excel Location: 2740 N. Clarkson from 12 p.m.- 3 p.m. Day Of Packet Pickup: will start at 1:00PM. Late registration: is available the day of the race. Additional Information Costumes are encouraged. Strollers are permitted but are encouraged to line up towards the back of the start line. Post-race refreshments and awards ceremony will be held at Fremont Middle School.
