DESCRIPTION:This Orientation is for students participating in the YLA program. \n\n	\n\n	It is open to the students and their parents.  The Orientation provides and opportunity for both parents and students to learn how the program will be structured this year and a chance to meet the various session leaders and organizers. \n\n	\n\n	The Youth will also participate in a personality/leadership assessment to learn how their different personalities affect how they lead a group and why they interact with other people the way they do.
