  • Consistently provide high quality customer service by accurately and effectively processing customer transactions and adapting to different customer’s needs
  • Perform routine transactions with high attention to detail by following and upholding bank safety and privacy procedures concerning current customers
  • Precisely handle customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check-cashing, transfers, loan payments, cashier’s checks and money orders while maintaining a balanced drawer
  • Attentively and accurately process bank transactions through a proof operating system
  • Perform administrative tasks such as answering phone calls for balance or transfer inquiries, transferring customers to the appropriate staff member, and opening all accounts offered at our institution
  • Ability to educate and encourage current customers on the products and solutions offered
