DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES

• Oversee and implement our mission, policies and directives through community involvement and public relations.
• Recruit and manage support staff
• Research and pursue grant opportunities
• Develop and organize fundraising projects
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to grantors and donors
• Work with the Board of Directors to implement its directives

• Bachelor’s Degree or related experience
• Suitable computer skills, Microsoft Office and Salesforce is a plus
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Interpersonal skills, sensitivity, and appropriate judgment
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
