Home Ownership for the First Time Homebuyer Workshop
Presented by Sandy Roemer, Mortgage Loan Officer and Three Rivers Housing Development Corp. Board Member
This one day program will focus on the five key areas of home ownership including preparing for home ownership, shopping for a home, obtaining a mortgage, closing, and life as a home owner. The class is required for all who plan to apply for a down payment assistance program or some NIFA programs. A certificate of completion will be issued.
Reservations are due by March 16th. The class costs $25 per household. Lunch is included. Checks can be made payable to Three Rivers Housing Development Corp and brought to the class.
This class is offered in conjunction with First State Bank & Trust University.
