Join Rich Nelson, Office of General Counsel, Labor Standards as he addresses what employers need to know about state and federal labor laws.

This one hour session will focus on legal information about the Wage and Hour Act, Wage Payment/Collection, Child Labor Law, Lunch Period Law, Medical Examination Law, and Wage Garnishment Law. The process of hiring and firing and questions of fairness at the workplace may also be defined.
