Tina is one of the founding members of Covered Waters and is serving as the Executive Director. Tina has spent her adult life working and serving in various non-profits. She did her undergrad studies in Recreation Administration and non-profit management and masters in Biblical Studies/Cross-Cultural Ministries. She has served as the Director of Recruitment at Avant Ministries, an international missionary in Mexico for 10 years, and will be able to use her knowledge in Spanish to help those who need it!
When not working she enjoys spending time with her pitbull baby, being creative, taking care of her (too many) house plants, and serving at church. Tina has a heart for making sure those who have faced injustice have the opportunity to heal and have an exceptional future
