About Us

Lutheran Family Services (LFS) provides compassionate, high-quality mental health care for individuals and families of all ages in the Fremont community. Whether you are seeking ongoing support or facing a personal crisis, our experienced team is here to support you. We offer accessible, professional therapy and treatment services throughout Nebraska, both in person and through telehealth.

LFS is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) based in Fremont. As a CCBHC, we are designed to deliver comprehensive behavioral health care in one coordinated system - so the people we serve don’t have to manage multiple providers to get the help they need.

Our outpatient services include adult and youth therapy, mental health evaluations, substance use treatment Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), medication management, community-based and intensive support services, care coordination, military and veteran services, peer support, Fatherhood and Kinship, crisis response, and Assertive Community Treatment.
