About Us

The Salvation Army of Fremont is part of an international Christian organization dedicated to serving people in need and sharing the love of Jesus Christ! Our mission is to preach the gospel and meet human needs in His name. In Fremont, we strive to be a place of hopes and support.

Through Social Services, we provide assistance and case management to people facing difficult circumstances. Services include emergency assistance, hygiene and household items, seasonal support, and connections to community resources. We help individuals and families identify their needs, find resources, and work toward greater stability.

Our church ministries provide opportunities for worship, fellowship, prayer, Bible study, and spiritual growth. Sunday School, worship services, Women’s Ministry, Men’s Ministry, Bible studies, and other activities help people build relationships and grow in their faith.

Youth ministry is another important part of our work in Fremont. Through after-school programming, character-building activities, youth groups, and Christian education, children and teens have a safe place to learn, build friendships, develop leadership skills, and grow in character and faith. We encourage young people through mentorship, creativity, and opportunities to serve.

Throughout the year, we support our community through seasonal outreach, holiday assistance, community meals, volunteer opportunities, and partnerships. By bringing together social services, ministry, youth development, and community outreach, we seek to serve the whole person and make a lasting difference in Fremont.
