Drive Thru Job Fair
Are you in need of employees? The Chamber has the perfect opportunity for you…our Drive Thru Job Fair on Wednesday, October 24th from 3:00-6:00pm. If you are in need of employees this is the perfect opportunity for you! The plan for the drive thru is to have staff set up in the parking lots at Keene Memorial Library and First Lutheran Church to hand the packets to job seekers. Job seekers won’t even need to get out of their car but will be handed the packet to take home to look over on their own time. We are hoping this will not only get the word out for those attending the drive thru but they will also share openings with family, friends or neighbors who will also be looking for a new opportunity.
Each employer should provide the chamber with 300 copies of a creative flyer showcasing your current openings, benefits, salary range and a call to action to drive the job seekers to your website to apply for openings. We are limiting this to the first 25 companies who respond. We will need your copies of the flyer by Wednesday, October 17th. In order to encourage more participation from the general public we would like to announce in our advertisements of the event that gift cards are being placed in various packets. There is no cost for employers to participate in the Drive Thru Job Fair but we are asking that each company donate a $10 gift card to the location of their choice.
