Northeast NE Day at the Capitol

NORTHEAST NEBRASKA DAY AT THE CAPITOL
MONDAY, MARCH 24TH, 2014

Seven Chambers of Commerce (Blair, Columbus, Fremont, Norfolk, South Sioux City, Wayne & West Point) annually visit with the unicameral and department officials about our legislative priorities as a regional delegation.

This has become an excellent opportunity for these seven chambers to unite on what they consider as the issues affecting the region's business community and relaying it directly to our law makers. Chamber members are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity for one-on-one time with Senators during a special lunch. In addition, this year a program will include presentations from the following :

NE Department of Economic Development 
Department of Education , including Senator Kate Sullivan – Chair of Education committee  Department of Roads – Randy Peters
Attorney General , Jon Bruning & Secretary of State, John Gale 
Nebraska Chamber of Commerce and Industry 

 We hope that you will consider joining the Fremont delegation for this event. Your registration is required before March 14th if you'd like to attend the lunch & program.

Layers of honey ham, smoked turkey, crispy bacon, cheddar,
and lettuce on a ciabatta roll
