U.S. Cellular Will Host Free Device Workshop in Fremont to Stay Organized
Carefree summer days are here. To enjoy the summer months and help free your mind from day-to-day tasks or upcoming trips, why not turn to your smartphone? To-do lists, appointments, upcoming trips and other obligations can push memory and attention spans to the limit. To overcome these challenges, savvy smartphone owners turn to simple, yet effective, tricks to capture information and avoid being overwhelmed by mundane details. According to a recent U.S. Cellular survey, 42 percent of people use their devices to keep track of appointments and events. U.S. Cellular wants to show residents the tips and tricks of using devices, such as the iPhone 6s and Samsung Galaxy S7, to the fullest. U.S. Cellular will host a free Device Workshop, which is open to everyone. You do not need to be a U.S. Cellular customer to attend. “During the summer, being overwhelmed is the last thing any of us wants,” said Mike Adams, director of sales for U.S. Cellular in Iowa and Nebraska. “Utilize your smartphone whether you are at home or across the country on summer vacation to keep track of all those important details.” Please call 402-721-3707 for more information on this and upcoming Device Workshops. ¹ Results are from a nationally representative online survey of 738 smartphone owners conducted by U.S. Cellular in partnership with Maritz Research from November 12-20, 2014. Additional data charges may apply. 4G LTE service provided through King Street Wireless, a partner of U.S. Cellular. LTE is a trademark of ETSI.
