Now that summer vacation is finally here, families look for fun and educational activities to enjoy with their children. Keeping students engaged and learning while still having fun is a big priority for families today, but discovering new educational ideas can often be challenging. Apps, e-books, online educational videos and Internet access can all enhance the learning experience while away from the classroom. With cutting-edge devices, such as the 4G LTE iPhone 6 and iPad Air 2, families can connect in a different way this summer. According to a recent U.S. Cellular survey, 76 percent of smartphone owners also own a tablet. U.S. Cellular wants to show you the tips and tricks of using your device to the fullest for summer vacation. U.S. Cellular will offer a free Device Workshop, where current or potential smartphone users can ask questions and learn about any device. The workshop is open to everyone.
