Property Management Associate

Join the Don Peterson & Associates Property Management Team! Work in a small, fast-paced work environment Monday – Friday from 8 AM – 4 PM in downtown Fremont, NE. As a property management associate, you’ll be the front line of communication for tenants, landlords and vendors. This position consists of collecting and inputting rent, monitoring and following up with maintenance calls, daily bank deposits, putting together tenant and landlord files, following up with rental applications, keeping rental listings up to date and other various duties.

 A successful candidate is personable, comfortable spending a majority of the day on the phone, has strong communication and customer service skills, is detail oriented, organized, is a team player and a multitasker. A successful candidate should also have proficient computer skills and be well acquainted with programs such as Microsoft Office Suite or able to quickly learn them. Requirements and Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Must be comfortable talking on the phone.
• Must be a team player.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using or learning to use online applications such as RentCafe & Yardi.
• Must have proficient computer skills and be well acquainted with programs such as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Property management experience is a plus (but not required)!• Bilingual is a plus (but not required)!
