Availability for varying operation hours Monday-Friday and every other Saturday rotation.

Essential Functions:

Provides outstanding customer service.

Opens and maintains a cash drawer.

Provides a complete range of customer services, including receiving deposits, verifying cash and endorsements, and issuing receipts, installment loan payments, making withdrawals, cashing checks, scanning work, and providing customer account printouts independently, efficiently, and accurately.

Prepares cashier’s checks, money orders, gift cards as requested.

Balances transactions at the end of the day and verifies cash totals.

Promotes Bank products and services, including opening new accounts, explaining available products and services, and gathering customer information to process new and existing accounts.

Stays abreast of all campaigns and promotions.

Assists customers with their day-to-day financial needs.

Answers and transfers phone calls.

Opens and closes office by following established security procedures.

Completes duties as assigned to the Branch.

Performs other miscellaneous duties as needed.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous customer service and money handling experience preferred, but willing to train successful candidates.

Knowledge/Experience:

Strong interpersonal and customer relations skills.

Strong math skills.

Highly motivated and dependable.

Friendly, outgoing communication style. Ability to communicate clearly with customers.

Other Requirements:

Able to stand for extended periods of time.

Ability to stand, walk, carry, and reach with hands and arms.

Ability to lift heavy amounts of coins (up to 50 pounds).
