$40,000-$50,000 base + bonuses
We are seeking a motivated, high energy, dynamic customer service representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while providing support with various insurance products to meet the needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and a passion for helping others secure their financial future through comprehensive insurance solutions. As a customer service representative, you will develop a strong relationship with our existing client base.


Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
· Answer questions about various insurance products including life, health, auto, and property insurance.
· Utilize strong communication techniques to effectively manage, present, and review insurance policies.
· Assist clients in completing applications and processing claims as needed.
· Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
· Strong phone discipline and phone setting skills; outbound and inbound calls
· Ability to provide a high level of service and strive for 5-star customer service.
Qualifications
· Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
· Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
· Ability to handle computer technology, multiple monitors, and proficient in navigating various software in a fast-paced environment.
· Proven presentation and research skills.
· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing client accounts.
· Must have or able to obtain Property and Casualty and Health and Life Licenses within 60 days.
