Part-Time Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Drive Thru at our Main Branch. As a key part of the branch’s success, this part-time role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment while still building strong relationships with customers.

We are seeking someone reliable and available during peak drive-thru times to help deliver consistent, high-quality service each day.

Requirements:

  • Availability for hours: Monday – Friday 3:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. and every other Saturday, 7:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Some additional hours may be available, but not exceed 30 hours.
  • Strong math skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a small team, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Opens and maintains a cash drawer.
  • Processes customer transactions, including receiving deposits, verifying cash and endorsements, and issuing receipts, installment loan payments, making withdrawals, cashing checks, scanning work, and providing customer account printouts and open consumer and business deposit new accounts independently, efficiently, and accurately.
  • Reconciles mail drop and night depository.
  • Investigates discrepancies and makes corrections as needed.
  • Prepares cashier’s checks, money orders, gift cards as requested.
  • Balances transactions at the end of the day and verifies cash totals.
  • And other miscellaneous duties as needed.

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service and money handling experience preferred, but willing to train successful candidates.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to stand, walk, carry, and reach with hands and arms.
  • Ability to lift heavy amounts of coins (=50 lbs.).
