Childcare Provider

We have both part time and full time positions available for all age groups. No nights or weekends. Monday-Friday. Flexible hours! Apply in person.

Provide quality Christian early childhood education and quality daily childcare to the children in our community that meets the needs of parents and the Nebraska Health and Human Services State requirements. 

Primary Functions: 

1. Contribute to a quality childcare program by providing a safe, positive, and age appropriate environment for assigned children.
2. Create educational experiences that are age appropriate, organized, stimulating and enriching to ensure the learning process is consistent with the Faith-based Pinnacle curriculum of the early childhood center.
3. Develop and maintain customer service and communication skills with the parents and students to facilitate positive communication between staff, parents and children.
4. Contribute to positive team-oriented staff relations by following the quality care philosophy of the center.
5. Demonstrate continued involvement in self-professional growth by acquiring 12 hours of in-service hours per year and seeking out additional learning opportunities to improve job performance.  
6. Meet the State mandated requirements for licensing by adhering to all DHHS, Trinity Early Childhood Center and State of Nebraska policies, procedures and regulations.
7. All other duties as assigned.
