Our office is growing. We are looking to hire 2 Customer Service Representatives to continue to deliver world class service to our client members. Some of the job duties include:
Top notch customer service in person or on phone.
Proactively reaching out to our customers.
Assisting in quotes and answering questions.
Working on supporting cases and file management.
Being organized by utilizing existing systems.
