Position Summary: 

Nursing and Allied Healthcare Recruiters are responsible for the acquisition of temporary/traveling healthcare professionals and screening those applicants in order to place them in contracts matching their skill set and scope of practice to vendor needs. The recruiter must be familiar with the skills, experience, and levels of expertise needed for the different vacancies.  In addition to the screening of candidates, recruiters need to develop/possess high competency with vendor systems, CRM platform Salesforce, basic computer systems, and profile building.   

 Primary Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Source candidates use a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline. 

  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings. 

  • Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it 

  • Develop job postings. 

  • Perform reference checks as needed. 

  • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms. 

  • Manage onboarding and new hire process. 

  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices. 

  • Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process. 

  • Be efficient in the company’s processes and procedures. 

  • Communicate effectively with internal team members. 

  • Communicate effectively with travelers and prospects. 

  • Regular and predictable attendance 

  • Additional duties as assigned.

 Job Type: 

  • Full-time exempt position; can be a hybrid in Fremont, NE
