What You’ll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and systems
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues
• Respond to maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain safety standards and accurate work documentation

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in general maintenance or skilled trades (level based on experience)
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building systems
• Ability to work independently on evening or overnight shifts
• Strong problem-solving skills
