Accompanist

Provides musical accompaniment to other musicians and to singers.  MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:Accompanies music for practices and performances.Plays an instrument to accompany new and traditional vocal and instrumental music.Consults with teachers and conductors to choose appropriate music.Participates in music rehearsals and performances.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:Ability to read and play traditional and contemporary music for a variety of conductors and soloists.Knowledge of the subject
