FSBTU Class: Home Ownership for the 1st Time Homebuyer

This one day program will focus on the five key areas of home ownership including preparing for home ownership, shopping for a home, obtaining a mortgage, closing, and life as a home owner.  The class is required for all who plan to apply for a down payment assistance program and preferred by NIFA and some government agency programs.  A certificate of completion will be issued.
 
Reservations are due by March 7th and can be made at www.firststatebankandtrust.com/home/university.  The class costs $25 per household. Checks can be made payable to Three Rivers Housing Development Corp. Lunch will be provided.
