RVR Bank is seeking a dedicated, community-minded leader to serve as Branch Manager of our Blair Office. This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing team, drive branch success, and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our customers and the communities we serve.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and develop branch staff through hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Oversee daily banking operations including cash handling, deposits, withdrawals, and opening new accounts.
  • Maintain compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Represent RVR Bank with integrity in every client and community interaction.
  • Support special projects, cross-departmental needs, and team coverage as required.
 
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven leadership experience in banking or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of banking operations and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel for meetings and training as needed.
  • Commitment to community engagement and personalized service.

Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous sales and money handling experience preferred, but willing to train successful candidates.

Job Type
  • Full-time
  • Pay Range: $21.00-23.00 per hour
  • Expected hours: 40 per week
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, Rotating Saturday 8 am – 12 pm
  • Work Location: In person, Blair, NE
 
Experience:
  • Banking: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Cash Handling: 1 year (Required)
