We’re looking for an energetic, people-first Car Salesperson to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating great customer experiences, and helping people drive off in a vehicle they love.

At our dealership, you’re not just selling cars — you’re helping customers make confident, informed decisions while having fun along the way.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Welcome customers with a friendly smile and make them feel right at home

• Show off our vehicles and explain features, options, and warranties in a way that’s easy and exciting to understand

• Answer questions about vehicles, pricing, financing, and the buying process

• Take customers on test drives (yes, this is part of the job ??) and collect required documentation

• Negotiate pricing and trade-in values to create win-win deals

• Partner with our finance team to find the best financing and ownership options

• Follow up with customers after their purchase to ensure they love their vehicle

• Build long-term relationships that turn first-time buyers into lifelong customers

• Stay organized while juggling multiple customers — because no two days are the same!

What We’re Looking For:

• A people person with strong communication and customer service skills

• Someone who listens first and sells second

• Confidence, professionalism, and a positive attitude

• A persuasive but consultative sales style (no pressure, just good vibes)

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work as part of a team and independently

• A friendly, outgoing personality

• A passion for cars is a plus — experience is great, but not required!
