ACT Employment Vocational Specialist
The ACT Employment Vocational Specialist supports adults with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI) through evidence-based Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) services. This role helps clients achieve employment and vocational goals by providing individualized job coaching, skills training, and support in maintaining meaningful employment. The specialist collaborates closely with ACT team members to promote recovery, independence, and community integration through person-centered, trauma-informed care. Duties include assisting with job searches and applications, facilitating workshops, building employer partnerships, providing on-call support, maintaining documentation, and tracking outcomes to ensure fidelity to the ACT model.
