Therapist, I-IV - $2,000 Hiring Bonus!

The Therapist I–IV provides integrated therapeutic, educational, and support services to individuals, couples, families, and groups in an outpatient behavioral health setting. This position plays a key role in helping clients achieve growth, healing, and recovery through evidence-based interventions and holistic care planning. The therapist conducts assessments, delivers mental health and/or substance use treatment, and supports clients in accessing natural supports and community resources to promote stabilization and long-term wellness.

Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment and safety plans, providing direct counseling services, facilitating therapeutic groups and workshops, maintaining accurate and timely documentation, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. The therapist may provide consultation to schools, churches, and community agencies and assist with student or intern supervision as needed. Levels I–IV are determined by licensure and experience, with opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the organization.
