The Clinical Supervisor, Behavioral Health provides leadership, supervision, and direct care within Lutheran Family Services’ behavioral health programs. This role ensures high-quality, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented services through effective staff supervision, program development, and client care. The Clinical Supervisor oversees assigned staff, monitors caseloads and productivity, facilitates professional development, and ensures program compliance with best practices and licensing standards.

Key responsibilities include providing clinical supervision per licensure requirements, managing program implementation, facilitating recruitment and onboarding, conducting diagnostic assessments, and delivering individual and group therapy. The supervisor will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure fiscal sustainability, model fidelity, and positive client outcomes. This position combines administrative leadership with hands-on clinical care to promote excellence in behavioral health service delivery.
