About Us

Sherryl Longacre is a Sales Associate for RE/MAX Results. Before she became a realtor, she taught school. She was a graduate at Fremont Sr. High and got her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with a Preschool endorsement from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln. She attended Doane College and received a Masters in Curriculum and Development. After retiring from her career of 32 years teaching elementary children in 2012, she decided to embrace a new career in real estate. She attended Randall's School of Real Estate and passed her licensing exam in October of 2012.

Being a teacher, she enjoys learning and proceeded to earn her GRI endorsement, CRS and SRES designations. She's been working as a realtor for 10 years and enjoys meeting new people to make their dreams come true. Sherryl says, ''This is a job that involves a process working from viewing homes to closing deals and it warms my heart every time I see the joy my clients experience when I hand them the key to their new home.''

Sherryl lives in Omaha with her husband of 34 years. She has four wonderful children, 2 beautiful granddaughters, and a grandson. She attends church in Omaha. Her hobbies are golf, gardening, treasure hunting at estate sales, and spending time with her two dogs, Amos and Aussie.
